La strada verso la liberazione
Ieri la Palestina è stata riconosciuta come Stato osservatore, non membro, presso le Nazioni Unite, alcune voci palestinesi ci ricordano che questa “vittoria” ha più che altro il sapore amaro della sconfitta.
L’iniziativa per la richiesta di riconoscimento dello “stato di Palestina” è stata una imposizione che ha deliberatamente ignorato tutte le critiche interne che ha ricevuto. L’iniziativa è stata accolta come un nuovo passo nella lunga marcia del nostro popolo verso la realizzazione delle nostre ambizioni politiche. Tuttavia, dobbiamo fermarci e chiederci, quali sono queste ambizioni? E in che modo questo passo servirà il nostro progetto nazionale?
In un clima politico in cui vi è una mancanza di obiettivi chiaramente definiti, e che è caratterizzato da forte divisione politica, diventa possibile per chiunque autoproclamarsi sedicente portavoce della nostra causa. Questi sedicenti portavoce hanno approfittato di questo clima politico per screditare tutte le voci di dissenso, arrivando anche ad etichettarli come traditori. In una tale situazione, chi può richiamare questa gente alle proprie responsabilità?
E ‘evidente che queste voci di dissenso, che sono estremamente critiche rispetto all’iniziativa di riconoscimento dello stato, sono state ignorate. disorganizzate e frammentate. Ma questo non è dovuto all’irrilevanza delle opposizioni che sono state mosse, piuttosto, questo è dovuto alla mancanza di opzioni alternative che siano degne degli sforzi di coloro che si sono sacrificati con il loro sangue per la lotta. Ogni battaglia che il nostro popolo ha intrapreso è costata un prezzo molto alto, e per questo, la responsabilità ricade su di noi per assicurare che queste battaglie non siano state combattute invano e di sicuro non certo in favore di una leadership debole e corrotta.
La nostra liberazione non sarà mai ottenuta sulla base di normalizzazione con il regime coloniale sionista, piuttosto sarà conquistata con il percorso che è stato scritto con il sangue dei nostri martiri. Riaffermiamo che l’unica strada che ci interessa è il percorso che si dirige in modo esplicito verso la liberazione della nostra terra e il ritorno del nostro popolo in Palestina … Tutta la Palestina.

The Road to Liberation
Yesterday Palestine was recognized as a nonmember observer state in the United Nations, some Palestinian voices remind us that this “victory” tastes more like a bitter defeat.
The bid-for-statehood initiative was an imposition and disregarded all the internal criticism that it has received. It was hailed to be a new step in our people’s long march towards achieving our political ambitions. However, we must pause and consider, what are these ambitions? And how does this step serve our national project?
In a political climate in which there is an absence of clearly stated goals and which is marked by political division it becomes possible for any party to become a self-appointed spokesperson for our cause. These self-appointed spokespersons take advantage of this political climate to discredit all voices of dissent, going as far as labeling them as traitors. In such a situation, who can hold them accountable?
It is evident that these dissenting voices, that are critical to bid-for-statehood initiative, have been unheard, disorganized and fragmented. This is not due to their irrelevance, but rather due to an absence of alternative options that are worthy of the efforts of those who have sacrificed with their blood for the struggle. Every battle that our people has undertaken has cost a heavy price, as such the responsibility falls on us to assure that these battles were not fought in vein and most certainly not in the favor of a weak and corrupt leadership.
Our liberation will be won not on the basis of normalization with the Zionist colonial regime, rather it will be gained with the path that was written with the blood of our martyrs. We reaffirm that the only path that we are concerned with is the path that explicitly heads towards the liberation of our land and the return of our people to Palestine… All Palestine. .

في اليوم الذي تم فيه الاعتراف بفلسطين
كدولة مراقب غير عضو في الأمم المتحدة،
ترتفع بعض الأصوات الفلسطينية لتذكر بأن
هذا النصر ممزوج بطعم المرارة.
إنّ أنصار هذه المبادرة قد فرضوها – برغم
الانتقادات الداخلية لها – وأعتمدوها
كخطوة جديدة في مسيرة شعبنا نحو تحقيق
طموحاته السياسي. ولكن ما هي هذه
الطموحات، ما هي هذه الخطوات التي
يتضمنها هذا المشروع؟…ا
